Breakfast and dinner will be provided strictly as per the written tour programme; any extra food or room service to be paid directly by guests.
Local sightseeing will be operated by non‑AC 2×2 bus; route and timings may change due to weather, traffic or security conditions in Kashmir.
Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, sequence of sightseeing, hotels or transport for any operational or safety reason.
Guests must pay directly for optional activities and transport such as Gulmarg extra vehicles, ropeway, Shikara, horse rides, Betab Valley, Aru Valley, Chandanwadi and Sonmarg local taxis.
Hotels will be as mentioned or similar category properties in Srinagar and Pahalgam based on availability at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
- Anytime after booking but before 60 days prior to departure: Rs. 2,500 or 5% of total tour cost (whichever is higher).
- Between 60 and 45 days prior: 25% of total tour cost.
- Between 44 and 22 days prior: 40% of total tour cost.
- Within 21 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost; no refund.
In case of 100% cancellation charges, it includes all amounts paid (including any air ticket cost if booked) and no refund will be given
