Paris: Eiffel Tower 2nd level ticket (subject to availability) and Seine River cruise.
Amsterdam region: Keukenhof Tulip Gardens (seasonal), Zaanse Schans, wooden shoe factory, canal cruise in Amsterdam.
Germany: Photo stop at Cologne Cathedral, visit Lake Titisee in the Black Forest with cuckoo clock demonstration.
Switzerland: Mount Titlis with rotating cable car and Titlis Cliff Walk, Lucerne orientation tour and Lake Lucerne cruise, Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen with 15-minute boat ride, excursion to Gstaad and Saanen (DDLJ locations).
Liechtenstein: Orientation of Vaduz, the capital city.
Austria: Innsbruck orientation tour and entrance to Swarovski Crystal World (non-guided).
Italy: Guided city tour of Venice with gondola ride and Murano glass showroom visit, Florence view from Piazzale Michelangelo, Pisa Square of Miracles with Leaning Tower photo stop, guided city tour of Rome.
Vatican City: Visit Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica.
Belgium: Brussels orientation tour.
5% GST and 5% TCS (or higher as per prevailing government rules) on the tour cost; if PAN and Aadhaar are not provided, TCS will be 10% of tour cost.
Any upgrade to airline class, room category or extra nights beyond the group package.
Insurance cost for passengers above 60 years of age.
Any additional expenses due to changes in airline, route, date, accommodation or force majeure situations.
Porterage, laundry, telephone calls, minibar, personal shopping, wine and alcoholic beverages.
Any meals, snacks or drinks not forming part of the set group menu.
Any medical expenses due to illness, accident, hospitalization or personal reasons.
Any extra services, activities, entrance fees or excursions not mentioned under “Tour Price Included”
Tour cost and services are based on current airfare, taxes, visa fees, foreign exchange rates and hotel/coach costs; any increase before or after booking will be payable by the guest.
Schengen visa is granted entirely at the discretion of the consulate based on your documents and personal profile; if visa is rejected, the company cannot intervene with the embassy.
At the time of booking, Rs. 30,000 per person is payable as non‑refundable booking and visa processing amount.
If visa is granted, an additional Rs. 1,00,000 per person must be paid as the next installment as per payment schedule.
If visa is rejected, the Rs. 30,000 booking amount is non‑refundable and will be retained towards documentation and processing charges.
Guests must ensure all documentation (passport, photos, bank statements, IT returns, employment proof, etc.) is complete and submitted on time as advised for visa processing.
Cancellation policy:
Anytime after booking but before 60 days prior to departure: Rs. 2,500 or 5% of total tour cost (whichever is higher).
Between 60 and 45 days prior: 25% of total tour cost.
Between 44 and 22 days prior: 40% of total tour cost.
Within 21 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost, including airfare; no refund applicable.
In case of 100% cancellation charges, it is deemed to include all amounts paid including the air ticket cost, with no refund.
Tour cost: Rs. 3,30,000 per person (Mumbai to Mumbai / Pune to Pune), including return airfare currently calculated at approx. Rs. 52,000.
Child policy:
Below 3 years: Free on land package, but flight and visa charges extra.
3 to 12 years: 75% of adult basic tour cost (plus applicable taxes).
Note: If airfare increases beyond the current estimate, the total tour cost will increase proportionately.
