Day 1: Pune – Delhi

Depart from Pune Railway Station for Delhi by 11:00 a.m. Duronto Express (3AC).
Full day train journey and overnight stay on the train.

Day 2: Delhi – Kalka
Date: Wednesday, 13 May 2026
Arrive at Delhi Railway Station at around 7:00 a.m.
Transfer to Kalka by bus.
Check-in and overnight stay at Hotel Classic Residency, Pinjore (or similar).
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 3: Kalka – Shimla (Kufri sightseeing)
Date: Thursday, 14 May 2026
After breakfast, transfer from Kalka to Shimla.
Visit the scenic hill area of Kufri.
Overnight stay at Hotel Sukhsagar Regency, Shimla (or similar).
Meals: Dinner.
Day 4: Shimla – Kullu – Manali
Date: Friday, 15 May 2026
After breakfast, depart for Manali by road.
En route visit the scenic town of Kullu and the famous R.K. Shawl Factory.
Halt at Pandoh Dam viewpoint and continue to Manali.
Check-in and overnight stay at Sandhya Resort & Spa, Manali (or similar).

Day 5: Manali – Solang Valley – Atal Tunnel – Manali
Date: Saturday, 16 May 2026
After breakfast, enjoy the snowy landscapes around Manali.
Drive through the recently constructed Atal Tunnel (subject to road conditions) and visit Solang Valley and Gulaba Valley.
Overnight stay at Sandhya Resort & Spa, Manali (or similar).
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 6: Manali local sightseeing
Date: Sunday, 17 May 2026
After breakfast, local sightseeing of Manali: Hidimba Temple, Ghatshkoch Temple, Manu Temple/Mannu Devi Temple, Mall Road and nearby attractions.
Overnight stay at Sandhya Resort & Spa, Manali (or similar).
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner.
Day 7: Manali – Kasol – Manikaran – Manali
Date: Monday, 18 May 2026
After breakfast, depart for Manikaran via Kasol and Parvati Valley.
Reach Manikaran around 3:00 p.m., visit the Gurudwara and Parvati Valley, and enjoy a bath in the hot water kund.
Langar lunch at Gurudwara and return to Manali in the evening.
Overnight stay at Sandhya Resort & Spa, Manali (or similar).

Day 8: Manali – Chandigarh
Date: Tuesday, 19 May 2026
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Chandigarh.
Arrive in Chandigarh by afternoon, proceed for local sightseeing (time permitting), and check-in to hotel.
Overnight stay at hotel in Chandigarh (Royal Park / Shagun or similar).

Day 9: Chandigarh – Delhi – Pune
Date: Wednesday, 20 May 2026
After breakfast, depart from Chandigarh to Delhi by road.
From Delhi, board the 3:00 p.m. train for Pune.
Overnight train journey.
Meals: Breakfast.
Day 10: Arrival in Pune
Date: Thursday, 21 May 2026
Arrive at Pune around 5:00 p.m.
Tour ends with happy memories.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of tour/travel service due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason we should be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive written advice and the cancellation charges will be as follows: –
Cancellation charges is as below
- Anytime after booking but before 60 days of departure date: Rs.2,500/- or 5% of total tour/service cost.
- 60 days to 45 days before departure date: 25 % of total tour / service cost.
- Between 44 days and 22 prior to departure date: 40% of total tour / service cost
- Between 21 days from the date of departure: 100 % of the total tour / service cost.
- In case of 100% cancellation charges, it is deemed to mean and include all charges paid along with the air ticket price and no refund will be given in case of 100% cancellation charges.
Airfare is not included; the tour cost is based on 3AC train travel from Pune to Delhi and Delhi to Pune.
Breakfast and dinner will be provided as per the printed tour program; any extra food or room service will be charged directly to guests.
Sightseeing will be by 2×2 bus as per itinerary; routes and timings may change due to weather, traffic or local conditions.
River rafting, ropeway rides, Rohtang/Atal Tunnel local vehicles, garden/monument entries and horse rides are optional and payable directly by guests.
Hotels will be as mentioned or similar category properties depending on availability (Kalka: Classic Residency Pinjore; Shimla: Sukhsagar Regency; Manali: Sandhya Resort & Spa; Chandigarh: Royal Park / Shagun or similar).
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sequence of sightseeing or hotels for operational reasons without prior notice while providing similar services.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and complying with all railway, hotel and local regulations.
